Step 1: Selecting Personnel & Project Planning for ERP System Implementation
In the process of implementing an ERP system for the pharmaceutical industry, selecting a suitable team of personnel and planning the project is crucial. To ensure the success of the project, both parties need to collaborate to establish a Project Team and select members with the necessary experience and skills to carry out tasks within the project.
The Project Team will be responsible to the Board of Directors of each company for the implementation of the project, including proposing solutions to handle difficulties and obstacles during the implementation process. At the same time, the Project Team needs to collaborate to develop detailed plans and monitor the project's progress.
Step 2: Surveying requirements for the ERP system
After selecting personnel and planning the ERP system project, the next step in implementing the ERP system for the pharmaceutical industry is to conduct a requirements survey of the business.
This survey process will help us better understand the requirements and characteristics of the business, from which we can propose the most appropriate software solution. Step 4: Analysis of ERP system & design
Based on the process and agreed-upon solution, we will begin designing the data structure and creating a list and sketches of the template forms to serve the software programming process. In this stage, we will focus on developing the user interface, arranging the components on each form, and determining the necessary attributes and features.
Step 5: Building the ERP system
After agreeing on the process, solution, and data structure, along with the sketched form templates, EnterSoft will start implementing the system software subsystems. These subsystems will be built in the predetermined order.
Step 6: Installation and testing of the ERP system
Next, after completing the building process of each subsystem, EnterSoft will proceed to install the software system and conduct the testing process in the designated departments within the project's scope. In this process, the subsystems of the software system will be checked for stability, compatibility with devices, and other software, ensuring security, and meeting other requirements in the real business environment.
Step 7: Training, handover & acceptance of the ERP system
EnterSoft will conduct training and hand over the software to the business at this stage. The training will include instructions on how to use the software and answer user inquiries. At the same time, we will also carry out acceptance testing and prepare data for the official operation of the software.
